Our Services include Printing and designing of annual report, offer letter, postal ballot, notices and all types of Personal and Business Courier like Documents, Annual Report, Magazine, Cards, Gift Parcel, Bulk Courier, Premium Courier, Cargo, Parcel delivery and Variable Data Printing etc. In our endeavour to provide customer friendly services at level of satisfaction. We provide information of the movement of your consignments till reaching to the address on day by day basis. At our hubs, we have fully computerized operation, Automated Information Management system (AIMS), Hi-Tech equipment, High-Speed Internet and Automated Variable Data printing Machine, Automated Inland Fabricating Machine & Document Scanning & Storage along with associated pre & post Mailing activities etc. leading too efficient streamlined operation. PRINTING INFRASTRUCTURE

The Company’s corporate office is located in East Delhi. There are 5 regional offices in various state capitals across the country that serves as distribution centres. We are equipped with latest model of Printing, Binding and Envelopes making machines.

Quality Assurance

Designing and printing within short period of time. We take maximum 2-3 days for printing of max. 50 thousand quantity.
Printing and making of Envelopes.
The firm picks the Annual Reports, or other documents related to secretarial departments for dispatch to shareholders from the Printing Press of respective Company.
The Firm can dispatch around 4-5 Lacs Documents with in Delhi in the short time span of 3-4 days.
The Firm may also dispatch around 10 Lacs documents outside of Delhi I.E. Rest of India within the time span of 4-5 days.
The Firm does provide the delivery report in Excel Sheets to its customers and also provide the scan copy of that POD/DRS Sheet, if there is any issue or dispute arise on delivery of less than 3 months old.
The Firm also provides the list in Excel Sheet of those Annual report and other related documents which will be return or undelivered due to any reason and also return the same.
The Executive of firm also attends the Annual General Meeting of respective Companies to understand the need and desire of shareholders of company in respect to delivery of Annual Report or other related documents.
The Firm also assists the Management in solving the issues related to delivery of reports in Annual General Meetings of Companies.
The General Practice of the Firm is to approach the destination 2-3 times before putting the status in records.
